Rehab News

Lightacres Rehab program is sending home “Travis”, Kathleen O’Neill’s wonderful hunter, after his recovery from pigeon fever. We are proud to say he looks like a million bucks – after his bout with pigeon fever nearly claimed his life. We know that Hope & Ned Glynn will make Travis the Super Star Hunter that he is!

Jenny Barnes will take home her great mare Lola – after her conditioning time here at Lightacres. Lola is ready to go!!!

Some sad news…..Pat Schepp is moving to Arizona. Pat has been riding with Sue at Lightacres virtually from Lightacres’ beginning. She has owned many Champions here and has won many Championships herself. All of us here wish her the very best, but she will be sorely missed. Pat and her wonderful horse Kalvados have done so well together these last few years. Here’s to good friends, old friends…here’s to you Pat. It’s been a great ride!
